How It Works

Aurora Block operates through a modular hybrid logic that adapts to every project’s specific conditions. Each unit functions independently, yet when connected they form an intelligent, centrally controlled energy network that automatically balances loads and optimizes performance in real time.

Illustration

Aurora 28 Air-to-Water (max 28 kW): A highly adaptable module suitable for almost any site. Operates efficiently in all climates, providing heating, cooling, and humidity control with precision and reliability.
Aurora 40 Geothermal (max 51 kW): Designed for sites with geothermal access. Uses renewable ground heat to deliver efficient, low-emission heating, cooling, and humidity control while preserving long-term ground loop performance.
Aurora 64 Condensing Oil (max 64 kW): A high-efficiency backup heat source that activates automatically during outages or extreme cold. Achieves up to 90–98% fuel efficiency and can also be used independently for ground thawing.

With its future-ready hybrid design, Aurora Block scales effortlessly to meet the needs of construction sites of all sizes – from small projects to large-scale developments. It is equally well-suited for phased projects, takt production, and mission-critical sites where uninterrupted energy supply is essential.

Proven Value

>85% More Predictable Costs

With only ~0–20% of total costs coming from fuel and 80–100% tied to fixed unit pricing, Aurora Block delivers a cost structure that is over 85% more predictable compared to traditional oil heaters.

>90% Lower CO₂ Emissions

Aurora Block is powered primarily by zero-emission heat pump technologies. Fuel is consumed only by the backup unit, ensuring more than 90% lower CO₂ emissions than conventional solutions while providing critical reliability even in demanding conditions.

Up to 30% Lower Costs

By optimizing both the number of units and the chosen energy source, each site always operates with the right capacity at maximum efficiency. Resulting in up to 30% lower total costs.
